Mr. Ruiz Automotive shop is always trustworthy when it comes to customer service. My husband takes his truck get fixed and they do a great job. He makes sure the truck is locked and safe. We will continue to refer friends and family.

Honest and beyond fair. My regular repair shop would've had to keep my car for 5 days to diagnose the issue, since they were so busy. I couldn't be without my car that long. So I relied on Neighborhood Nextdoor. Mr. Ruiz was my 2nd call. I went right over. They looked at my car, told me what the issue was, (the catalytic converter sensor) then said they reset the engine light warning bc sometimes going over something on the road it gets stuck and triggers that sensor. He told me that my car/ mileage shouldn't warrant problems with the cc. The recommendation was to wait and see if/ when the check engine light comes back on to be certain it needs attention and repair. Since it is a costly repair (at least $600 per sensor, and there are two: they don't recommend just doing 1 if you can do both), they assured me the car wouldn't fail or leave me stranded, so I chose to wait and see. 8+ weeks, no trouble! Did I mention that Mr. Ruiz didn't charge me for the diagnosis and squeezed me in the same day? I'll be back, but hopefully, not too soon😉😊

Mr Ruiz's shop is run with pride and integrity. I've had repairs done on two vehicles there recently and have absolute confidence in the service work and ethics delivered him and his staff. Joe is not just an amazing mechanic but one of the most honest and nicest guys you will ever meet. He is gem and his shop although a smaller shop still packs the punch with top quality repair and service. His honesty can be seen from the fact that he broke my key fob by mistake and immediately messaged and called me stating he means to replace it with a brand new key and even placed the order from the dealership which was $135. I have taken my cars to other shops and they wouldn't have cared so much about your car like he does. I had my entire Clutch Assembly replaced with him and he even took me to the shop and showed exactly what had happened. The pictures are attached as well. If you're looking for an honest mechanic who knows what he's doing, don't even think before dropping the car with Joe and his guys, they are legit and super trustworthy. I'm glad I found them.

Joe Ruiz has been working on my classic truck for 6 years or so now. He does good work and his prices are fair. He doesn’t rip you off. If he doesn’t get something done right, he will make sure it is right. Joe is a good man and I recommend Ruiz Automotive.
