This shop was recommended to me by Leal’s down the road to get my rim fixed and this shop didn’t let me down! They took the time to weld it in a jiff at a reasonable price! I love the networking between Leal’s and this place. This made me feel like I was in a community here in East Austin.

Very unprofessional, kept the car for about 3 weeks and they said it was a 2 to 3 day job. They charged 1800 dollars for a job which we paid for but after a few days of having the car. Something was wrong with the transmission and they flat out said it was not there fault when in fact they had to take the transmission out to get to what they have to fix. They say he has a 6 month warranty and now they say its not their fault. I pay to get something fixed nd in return the car comes back with something else broken that was not even broken prior to them receiving the car. Who is going to pay for this mess up. There was nothing wrong with the transmission and now they arent willing to help fix the damage they caused. Our feelings are hurt because we work hard for our money and we didnt complain about the car being there longer than they stated and they never gave us courtesy calls to let us know about the cars progress. We had to always call to see what is going on. Sometimes they would not answer our call. So now they are saying go to small claims court when all you have to do is correct what you messed up. Language barrier was an issue but they had to watch a video to see how to fix the car to begin with. We found this out later. So this was a very bad situation that needs o be resolved in a professional way and Rivera is not taking the blame for this. Complete waste and disrespect of my time. Customer service does not exist at this place. Rivera's mechanic kept assuring me that I would be next, but after 1.5 hours of waiting for them to begin, I told them I would leave my trailer there and return at the end of the day to pick it up. Again, he assured me the work would be finished by end of day. When I came back at their closing time, they had not started. No updates or apologies were ever given. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

My jeep broke down on a Saturday and I don't live in Austin, they got me in and fixed it same day. Thank to them for dealing with my anxious self. It is cash only so be aware of the.
