Ideal Aircare

Our house was struck by lightning and one of the results was our AC stopped working. I used another company that had done our annual check ups. They fixed 2 of the components that were damaged and then determined that the blower motor needed to be replaced for $1600. I called Ideal Air for a second opinion. They sent out Walter within hours and the discovered the remaining problem was the wire to the blower motor and was able to replace the wire and get the AC running for just over $300. imcoikdnt be more impressed with their competency, thoroughness and professionalism.

My AC stopped blowing cold and I had another local company out. They determined I had a leak and filled up my freon. Within a few hours, my air was out again. I called Ideal Aircare for a second opinion and they sent someone out right away. The tech checked my compressor and said it definitely didn't need replacement. I called early morning after my A/C broke overnight. Ed responded quickly, showed up the same day, and repaired the unit. Ed's a nice guy and a professional. One of the best service experiences I've had in Austin!

Sent a request in online and was called within 30 minutes! They got out same day and fixed my (self induced) issue quickly! Affordable, friendly and knowledgeable, what more could you want! Will definitely be my go to for anything HVAC related!

Ed was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He had a competitive price when replacing our entire heating and air system. Walter and Matt came out to do the work and we are very pleased. It was enjoyable working with them. We appreciate their time and will look forward to contacting them again for anything we need regarding A/C or heat.
