I’ve been coming to this Discount Tire location for a while now, and overall, I’ve had a good experience. The staff is great, friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Most of the time, service is timely, especially if you make an appointment. That said, even with an appointment, there can be a short wait if there’s a line of walk-ins mixed in. Pricing is fair, and they’re good about helping me get the most value and mileage out of my car with quality tires that don’t blow my wallet. I appreciate that they focus on both safety and budget. One thing to note: in my lifetime, I’ve only had hubcap issues twice, and both times happened at this very store and location. The first time, they replaced the hubcap for me. The last time, they told me it wasn’t their fault, but I still found it a bit suspicious. It wasn’t a serious issue, so I let it go, but if I had a nicer car and really valued the hubcaps, I might be more cautious. Overall, I’d still recommend this location for their service, pricing, and friendly team, especially if you’re looking for dependable tire care.

Recently started coming to this location after moving nearby and I've enjoyed the speed, professionalism, and courtesy the staff has given me. Matthew helped me quickly and even applied a discount so I could afford to replace two very bald tires that were honestly a bit of a safety risk which I hadn't realized. Happy to come to this location whenever I need any new tires or repairs!

No appointment, no waiting around. In just 15 minutes, I was back on the road with four brand-new sensors, freshly rotated tires, and zero stress. The team moved fast, worked smart, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. If you're looking for quick, honest service from folks who know what they’re doing, this place delivers. Five stars, no question.

I received an accurate quote online, which matched perfectly once I arrived—no surprises or hidden fees. The customer service was outstanding and incredibly efficient. A staff member walked me through the entire process with professionalism and respect. Unlike other repair shops, he explained everything clearly without being condescending. That level of customer care really stood out. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, creating a comfortable environment. The only suggestion I’d make is to offer complimentary coffee, water, or cold drinks for customers waiting on-site. Out of all the years I've stopped by this location, every experience has been great. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The staff isn't pushy about selling/upselling tires or services like other places can be. I made an appointment for today to get new tires installed and they finished in about 30 minutes. This location is out of my way from where I live, and I have another Discount Tire right down the road from me, but I've always been happy with my experience here that it's worth the drive.
