We have a 2003 Polaris ATV that was having some serious fuel system and carburetor issues—it would start, but wouldn’t move at all. After reading some stellar reviews online, we decided to give Buda Power Sports a shot, and I’m so glad we did. From the beginning, Jeff was incredibly responsive. He walked us through exactly what needed to be done and was completely transparent about the process, even recommending an oil change (which was long overdue) and showing us the condition of the oil. Jeff initially estimated a 2-3 week turnaround, but to our surprise, he had everything done in just a few days. On Thursday, he followed up with a detailed quote that laid out everything he planned to do, and by Friday at noon, the ATV was ready for pickup. Not only did it run like new, but Jeff also took the time to give us tips on how to maintain it and avoid future issues. An American entrepreneurial operation at its best! Great work from Jeff and no dealership markups or time delays. I dropped off my 2008 ATV that would not start on Tuesday and had it back on the following Friday in perfect running condition (right before dove season). Great service, professional, fair price and excellent communication by either text, email or phone. We need more businesses like this!
