I usually never write a bad review. But, here goes. Stay far far away from this shop. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with upcharges, wrong diagnosis, and causing more problems than my vehicles had previous too going here. To hell with the so called warranty. It's not real. They literally don't admit to their mistakes and continue to make up reasons why to charge more. My door handle was broken upon pickup. Truck has no boost after spending thousands for y pipe and hpop replacement, rear seal. Has oil blowing out of dipstick tube. Spend literally thousands on tow bills. Finally just bought a trailer to haul vehicles to them after spending thousands in misdiagnosed problems. I'm literally livid at the unprofessional service. You can keep the money and your warranty. Never ever trust this company. I will be contacting my attorney. I own a local business and know what customer service is supposed to look like. We'll Thomas here's the review you tried to pay me to leave. I'll payed the $50.00 you wanted to knock off my so called bill to give you 5 stars. Update!!! Business owners beware. This Business went as far as to attack my business that had no dealings with them after sharing my experience. They posted not only one review on my business profile on Google but 2. I lost it. They insinuating that there was a unresolved issue on my business profile. Ultimately harming my business with no interaction with my company. I contacted them, they admitted doing so and removed after I threatened to sue for slander. Here's the photos of the reviews harming my local business. Literally livid at this business. Owner said he was going to go over everything and get back to me. Never happened. Been over a month.

I recently took my 2021 Sierra AT4 to Modern Diesel for a regular oil change and had a great experience. The staff was professional, and the service was top-notch. I did have to wait a bit longer than what you'd expect at a quick-service place like Jiffy Lube, but the quality of work and attention to detail made it well worth it. While I waited, I was able to relax and watch an Amazon documentary on YouTube in the lounge—which made the time go by quickly. The facility was clean and comfortable, and the team made sure everything was done right. I’ll definitely be a returning customer for all my diesel needs. Highly recommend Modern Diesel if you want quality work and a good experience!

Great service! I called like 10 places before finding these guys and boy am I glad to have found Modern Diesel! I am going to be a lifetime customer here! Thomas took great care of me!

Used this shop once and learned my lesson not to use them again. They charged me over $1,000 to fix a radiator leak then after 10 miles of driving the whole radiator went out on me. They said a rock hit the radiator.... Sure They charged a few hundred dollars to diagnose any problems under my hood but never saw my oil leak that was clear as day. That tells me they didn't do a thorough job. They charged me a few hundred to fix my windshield sprayers but now they just spray my hood not the windshield. Very sad that the simplest job wasn't done right. I sent my truck with 3 different issues and none of the issues were resolved and they still took my money. Never will I do business with this shop again. You have been warned.

Called them to fix our f550. My guys ran it to empty and we could not get it primed. I have a big project I need it for and called them first time. They took truck same day and had it fixed running beautifully in hours. Great communication. excellent service. I will use in all our trucks
