I brought my jeep in due to them being highly recommended by someone else who. I was sure I had transmission problems. Eric and his crew couldn’t find any issue with the transmission, but wanted to make sure so he took it to a transmission shop for a deeper look. They didn’t give up and discovered it was my brakes and calipers. I have never experienced this level of customer service before.

Took my daughter’s car in last week for an alignment,and Eric & Ken were completely honest & said they didn’t feel comfortable doing it unless new tires were put on. My car battery died and I decided to give them a call in case they had a portable charger for me to jump the car. They went out of their way to come by to my home and jump it for me and offered up a free test to make sure there were no further issues. Was not expecting such amazing service and I know I’ll be coming to them for all my car issues moving forward!!

I had a very positive experience with Oak Knoll Automotive. The staff was polite, professional and explained everything in detail. I took my car in for new brake pads and an oil change and they checked the entire car over and did everything quickly and efficiently.
