They gave me a quote of 850 for replacing a tire 10 miles away from their place, it was after hours so I thought it was fine he ended up charging 300 more for no reason

Drivers , OP and all trucking companies - BE AWARE. Never ever, under no circumstances do business with these people . The owner Thomas is the biggest scammer I''ve ever seen. They charged my company $7000 to replace dozer on 7th injector in Freightliner Cascadia. When we disputed these ridiculous charges they block the truck, hold me hostage. Then they called they own TOWING and tow the truck with me inside to their lot - where they refused to release truck until we pay $7000 in repairs and $1500 for towing. The Police didn't help here (civil matter) . After we paid them everything they released the truck but the transmission is broken due to the rush and inappropriate towing. Front bumper and deer-guard damaged and bended. They taking ZERO responsibility. Please be aware - if you call them and they working on your truck or on the way to fix you please cancel them , look for another company. But under no circumstances let them touch your equipment . I made that mistake and it cost us $15K in total repairs. ABSOLUTELY BEWARE and run or cancel if they doing anything for you.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They charged over 4k to replace 2 rims and 3 tires. That's not the worse part....after they completed the job, they towed my truck to their shop when nothing was wrong with it. Obviously they just wanted to charge more for towing a perfectly working car. Oh, and they don't take credit card....IDIOTS!!

They charged me $150 for just towing my car to their shop (2.5 miles) and another $200 for just checking to see what’s the issue in the car! And they said the battery isn’t good, but the battery was 100% perfect when Auto Zone checked it for me! I wish, I could give you Zero Stars. Enjoy the one star!

Called for weekday truck service. We were towed to a lot next to a service road where our truck driver lived out of his truck for two days because they do not have a secure lot available. Yet, we were charged nearly $5,500 for roughly 10-12 hours of actual labor, a 2 hour tow that spanned a maximum of 30 miles, and parts. Thomas Mora, the owner, knows he is one of the few services in the area and charges predatory rates because of that fact. If you dispute the bill or question any of the charges, Mr. Mora will threaten to tow your equipment and hold it unless you pay immediately. This is a last resort company by far.
