Brink Motorsports is the place to bring your VW for sure. 10/10 experience. I called early last week with a coolant situation in my 2014 Tiguan and they were able to schedule me in the next day. Unfortunately I had a lil oil mixing with the coolant, don't love that. But Taylor at the front was patiently going over my maintenance history with me and Trevor replaced the tank, flushed it twice and drove it around to make sure he could get as much oil out as possible. I really appreciate that effort and attention. I tell you what, I haven't felt this confident driving my car in a while. The Tiguan has been running so smooth since Brink worked on it. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I am so thankful to have them in Austin. I will be back! Thank you!

Can’t express enough how fortunate Audi/VW owners in Austin are to have a shop of this caliber available to us. I have a 2017 Audi SQ5 with 133,000 miles on it and it was time to make the decision of a full maintenance rehab or move onto another vehicle. I had Brink perform some other minor maintenance and performance repairs in the past, so of course I would be coming back into them for this larger project. Before diving into the expense and commitment of this project, Michelle at Brink recommended performing a compression and leak down test to determine if there were any major issues with the engine overall. Once those results came back with a “healthy” engine diagnosis, I decided to go ahead with the maintenance overhaul. Brink completed the following; Full intake valve carbon cleaning - pictures attached as words wouldn’t do the work justice. Valves look amazing. Full transmission/F&R differential and transfer case fluid and filter change. PCV replacement Supercharger Intercooler Bricks replacement Supercharger oil change Thermostat/water pump replacement Oil Filter Housing replacement Valve cover gasket replacement. Right and left rear upper timing chain reseal Drivers and passengers Catalytic converter replacement 190mm crank pulley upgrade Transmission mount replacement One major benefit of working with Brink is that unlike many other shops in the area, they will allow you to supply your own parts. They make it clear that they won’t “install junk” but are absolutely open to customer supplied parts as long as they are quality OEM or OEM equivalent products. Michelle kept me up to date on their progress throughout the process and made recommendations to other repairs as needed. They had the car for a full week and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Brink won’t always be the cheapest place to get work done but you can be guaranteed that they’re going to take care of your car as if it was their own personal vehicle. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
