Went in about three weeks ago to replace my tire, and upon inspection of my vehicle, the salesperson noticed I needed an alignment as well as a new battery. I was not prepared to handle all the issues my car was dealing with, but Adam was helpful and honest about the process. He was polite and answered all my questions/ concerns. The staff seems to be knowledgeable about their work and I did not feel pressured. The parts and labor were fairly affordable, I did not spend too much, even if I wasn't prepared to fix 3 issues. Two weeks later, my car is running better than before and I have not had any issues since; great quality products and customer service.

We found Tires To You on Google and chose it because of the great reviews and reputation for trustworthy service—and we weren’t disappointed. Michael took excellent care of us. Max is a professional and liked working with him. 3 stars because I was told a camber bolt would fix alignment and it didn’t. Was quoted $160 in person for the fix. Then quoted $225 when I arrived with my car. Then was told one of my lug nuts was stripped and needed replacement. That’s fine, it happens, but that’s another $70 to fix. However, they either didn’t fix it or they stripped another lug because when I took it to another shop to finally fix the alignment issue, a lug nut was found to be stripped. They didn’t even test drive the car to see if the alignment was fixed either. Just handed me the keys saying it’s good to go. If you need alignment here for cheap, go for it, but don’t expect them to diagnose a problem correctly. Be sure you get quotes in writing too.
