OUTSTANDING experience with Todd and the crew at QualTech! I rolled in thinking I needed brakes, an oil change, and new tires. Most shops would've happily taken my money...but not these guys. Todd checked my brakes and let me know I still had plenty of life left in the pads. That kind of honesty is rare… like a unicorn in a mechanic’s bay. He also helped me pick out the right tires, and wow, my car drives smoother than a fresh jar of Skippy. Bonus: I didn’t have to sell a kidney or refinance my house to afford them. Been coming here for years, and they've never steered me wrong. Only downside is that they're so good that they're always slammed with customers, so walk-in availability can be hard to come by. Soon I'll be moving 20-ish minutes away, but I'll probably still come all the way here for my car service, because they've definitely earned my complete trust. I always bring my high-mileage car in for service before taking my bi-annual 2600 mile round trip, and I've never once had to worry about being able to make the drive. The same definitely can't be said about their competitors in the area, one of which nearly cost me my life from their negligence (long story; luckily they aren't in business anymore). You can't put a price on trust and peace of mind.

Hadn’t needed to use them in years but when I needed a Master ASE certified tech to inspect my Shelby Cobra Roadster, they were the only shop I could find within a 20 mile radius with techs whose certifications weren't expired. Awesome service you can count on! Before a 2,300-mile cross-country trip, QualTech replaced the engine in our high-mileage 2012 Honda minivan. The drive went flawlessly. After arriving, the car lost power and a local Honda dealer found fouled plugs—again tied to worn piston rings, a known issue. QualTech fully backed their work, coordinated with the dealer, and made sure I wasn’t charged. I’ve trusted them with multiple vehicles and will continue to rely on their honest, top-notch service."
