Thank you so much to Omar for helping me out today!! However, whoever is scheduling these workers alone needs some serious rethinking to do. Not only do things get done hours later than promised, these workers are being overworked and in distress. Disgusting to do to your employees. Hire more people.

I have been waiting for half an hour just for someone to talk to me about what I need. I have had 4 employees look straight at me then turn around and do something else. Was told by a guy working oil that I have to wait outside next to my car (in 95+ degree heat) to get service.

Yesterday, I brought my car to the Walmart Auto Care at 3 PM, and they promised to complete both the oil change and wheel balance by 9 PM. Later, they called me to apologize, saying they only managed to change the oil and couldn’t balance the wheels. Came in early for my appointment for 1 tire replacement. Waited over an hour for them just to get my car in the bay and watched technicians work other cars around mine when it takes less than 10 minutes to replace a tire and pop it on.
