Thank you so much to Omar for helping me out today!! However, whoever is scheduling these workers alone needs some serious rethinking to do. Not only do things get done hours later than promised, these workers are being overworked and in distress. Disgusting to do to your employees. Hire more people.

I have been waiting for half an hour just for someone to talk to me about what I need. I have had 4 employees look straight at me then turn around and do something else. Was told by a guy working oil that I have to wait outside next to my car (in 95+ degree heat) to get service.

Yesterday, I brought my car to the Walmart Auto Care at 3 PM, and they promised to complete both the oil change and wheel balance by 9 PM. Later, they called me to apologize, saying they only managed to change the oil and couldn’t balance the wheels. They assured me that they would give me the first appointment the next day to complete the wheel balance. However, when I returned at noon the following day, my car still wasn’t ready. This experience not only wasted my time but also affected my job, causing me to lose both valuable work hours and income. I hope they improve their service coordination and respect customers’ time and responsibilities in the future.”

Came in early for my appointment for 1 tire replacement. Waited over an hour for them just to get my car in the bay and watched technicians work other cars around mine when it takes less than 10 minutes to replace a tire and pop it on. They weren’t slammed with cars. I worked at Firestone before and it honestly does not take that long to replace a tire. Prioritized walk ins and oil changes over an appointment. Make it make sense. Mediocre management of time and technicians. I will go to Discount Tire or Firestone next time. Don’t go here unless you absolutely have to…

Arrived and was ignored. Not by one person - but 2. First guy blew by me and said someone would be out to help me. Then he went to stocking. Another guy came in with paperwork for a car he just finished... and didn't even ask me if I needed help. He looked at me but then went right back outside. I pressed the "need assistance" button twice. No one ever showed up. The 2nd guy then began checking in a car that came in AFTER me. I was pissed. I asked the 1st guy to press the button so I could get out and he again said someone would be with me soon and then quickly disappeared around the corner. I noticed the pictures showed no manager for this section... and it shows. Crappy customer service.
