We had a bunch of problems with our older minivan but these guys were awesome. Fast and competent repairs and super friendly service. Shout out to Ken Holowka who stole our hearts. Go Bears!

Came here looking to get my AC fixed and Ken was absolutely wonderful to work with. Didn't BS me, and even found ways to help me save money and time. I have only lived in Austin for a short time, but I'm glad that I have found my go to Auto repair shop, definitely going back! (But hopefully not too soon!)

I went in for an oil change and an inspection with no appointment needed. Never fails, whenever I have come to this shop I am aways out in less than an hour. The guy at the counter is always friendly and gives great customer service. I would definitely recommend this shop!

Came with a small problem on my motorcycle, I know it’s not a motorcycle shop, but the store manager was nice! And helped me out! Definitely, would bring my vehicle here! It’s all about making connections in the auto shop world, and this location just earned themselves a customer.

Everyone I’ve talked to is friendly and polite, I’ve always been able to get in on the same day I call, and they are quick and thorough. As a woman, I really appreciate that they never try to upsell me for services I don’t really need. I brought my car in for a thorough 70k mi inspection and they said it didn’t need anything done! That never would have happened at my previous mechanic, who always managed to find something “wrong” totally unrelated to my issue. Most recently I’ve been having an annoying issue that happens randomly, of course never when I take it to the mechanic. They immediately found a possible cause and fixed that, and fully explained their logic as to why that might be the issue. They also let me know that if that turned out not not be the problem and it still happens again, they will give me a refund. It’s hard to find customer service like that.
