Phil and Jason and great! I’ve taken my fixer upper there numerous times and they always help out. Very reasonable and communicative on what’s needed and what’s not.

Got a very detailed assessment with cost projection to investigate an AC issue on my 30 year old classic car. The crew worked on it and kept finding worn out parts and fixes for them. Even sent to repair vacuum tube for which we could not find a ready replacement. Finally, the work stopped because a part needed to come from an online retailer. The invoice was less than estimate because work is still pending. What matters is that the shop owner and the front office folks work as a team. They are excellent communicators. Most of all they know their craft. I will take the car back when parts arrive. Obviously, I trust them.

Got an engine replacement. Had to turn around and have it repaired the NEXT day because the rear main seal wasn’t properly connected. Thumbs down

I Purchased a JetSki from this place that they had posted on craigslist. For $400 it wasn’t a bad deal. The guy told me as far as he knew it only needed a starter. He told me they have had it for over a year and haven’t messed with it much. I found that a little odd for a custom garage shop to not touch something that wasn’t working. I took the JetSki Home and found out there Was a huge hole in the side of the engine where someone tried to remove the starter with the prybar. There is no way a custom garage missed a huge hole On the side of the engine. They knew about the hole And decided not to tell me about it. I’m a mechanic so I’m not too worried about the hole, what pisses me off is they could’ve at least told me the motor is bad in as a hole in it. To me this place has some serious integrity issues.

Sent my truck to get repaired , provided all the parts to be installed in my truck was told only take a few days and ended up 3 weeks later. Then when finally called that my truck was ready , the same day truck breaks down. Called shop and they did not bother to offer assistance or compensation for the bad workmanship. After disputing charges , they lied to the credit card company with false information. I regret taking my truck there
