Absolutely impeccable service. They manage our fleet of around 25 service vehicles! All through Element! They literally go above and beyond and go the extra mile to get us taken care of! Hats off to Michael and his team, JR is extremely helpful too! Every time they drop off a vehicle after service, they always give the vehicle a good clean inside and out! Its the little things that makes a difference, and there attention to customer service is very refreshing. Always willing to accommodate, nothing is ever an issue!

From the initial call, the team was professional, patient, and transparent. They provided a clear quote, explained each service, and honored the pricing (extremely affordable!) without question. I arrived at opening and was back on the road in under two hours—despite other shops quoting a full day. This truck is sentimental to me, and I’m particular about who works on it. I highly recommend this team for their efficiency, integrity, and excellent service, and most importantly communication. This mechanic shop is new to the area but has definitely surpassed the expectations I’ve come to expect for the usual service provided in this area and Austin in general. First time using LT Automotive and I have to say it was a very good experience. I started doing a DIY job to replace my starter. I was able to remove the bolts off the starter, by after trying for couple hours, I was not able to get the darn thing out of the engine compartment. I call LT Automotive and talked to JR. JR was very helpful and said they can remove the current starter and replace with the new one I have already purchased. He quoted me a very reasonable price for the job. I towed the car to his place and 2 hours later, the car was ready and all was good. I would highly recommend LT Automotive and will definitely use them again for my future need.
