I was so upset about my tire but came and had Gabriel help me out. He made my day and took care of tire super quick. Best service with a smile. Will deff be back for sure . Not trying to rip u off n got me a good tire for my car. Give him a raise

I went in for an oil change and tire repair. The oil change was quickly completed and was finished with the revving of my vehicle which I guess is standard practice, I had never heard of it. However, then the technician quickly drove my car out of the bay and applied enough throttle to peel out the tires. I suppose that could be standard practice for this Walmart as well. I was then told that my tires (which have 700 miles on them) didn’t have enough tread to be repaired. This could be because of them being sport tires so I’m not upset about that, I will have it done elsewhere. The reckless driving of a customer vehicle was new for me though, especially in a setting where you should expect professionalism, such as Walmart. I will definitely not go back to this location and would HIGHLY encourage others to find a different auto center as well.

Went to the auto care to get an oil change. Dennis checked me out he was very positive and welcoming. The auto care looked very busy so I was worried that it was going to be a long wait time. They got it done within ten minutes I was very impressed. Thank you to the auto tech with the glasses he was very patient and very informative.

Pulled up to the garage door and waited for 20 mins. Staff completely ignored my presence. They never asked me what service I was there for or told me what the wait time would be.

Do not go to Automotive “Care” Center at Walmart! I spent $130 on one 18in tire including warranty less than a year later my tire gets a flat so i take it back and of course I spend a whole lot of time waiting and waiting for assistance from an employee who tells me they have to patch my tire. I told him. I’ll see you soon because when you patch a tire everyone knows it’ll pop……eventually. (Hence why i bought WARRANTY IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!) and nonetheless my tire pops with my wife and daughter in the car! I’m very glad and thankful that they are OK. Had to leave work early that day to take my tire to Walmart giving me the runaround like they always do telling me they didn’t have the tire. Never offering to order it for me Or get it in stock automotive at Walmart sucks I advise everyone to go somewhere else. I’ve seen Walmart improve in areas, but automotive is not one. I will update my review when something is done to improve the automotive side of walmart! Oh yeah, still needing my warranty tire replaced!!!!
